Service Truck Brake Job
Excellent first experience with Palmer's Automotive. Extreemly professional. Shop was neat and clean. Waiting area was clean and sharp.
The personal attention i recieved from the owner made me feel like I was an important customer.

Road trip from Grand Canyon back to Spokane WA
I would recommend Palmer's Autocare Center after my experience on August 19th 2013. After 8 days driving from Spokane to explore the South West of Utah I was on my way home when between Salt Lake City and Twin Falls Idaho a noise became evident from my engine compartment ( about 4 am at a rest stop). I determined it was the electric fan motor and not a serious motor problem, so I continued onward and by 6am now at Twin Falls ID I stopped for breakfast @ Idaho Joe's and began looking for an Automotive Service center. I read a few reviews, considered a few shops, then drove over to Palmer's Auto Care. I arrived just after he opened, they got the car in, looked it over, explained the parts, gave me an estimate, ordered the parts, ( I slept in the waiting room), by 10:45 am I was out the door and on the road again and made it to Spokane by 7:45pm.

Superior!!
We were disabled in Twin Falls and needed automotive repairs. Neil Sr. Got us right in since we were a couple hundred miles from home. Neil diagnosed our problem, ordered the parts and immediately commenced the repairs. Palmers is fast , fair and friendly. Not only was the repair reasonable but was done tight in a masterful workmanship manner. Neil understood our needs and worked quickly that we could continue our journey. I could not be happier with the service I received at Palmer's Auto. This was my second visit and my Ford F150 needed a lot of work done on its engine. They were quick to get it in and were back to me the next day with an estimate. The repair work was done on time and under what the estimated cost was. Which I might add was a very nice surprise. Also the work was done right the first time.
I found the shop to be very clean and everybody who worked there was very friendly. Unlike other places that just seem to want you in and out I felt like the folks at Palmer's really cared.
Finally a auto repair shop that I can trust.
I will continue to take all of my vehicles to Palmer's whether it be just for an oil change or for any other work that needs to be done and I will recommend Palmer's to anyone who is looking for a good honest auto repair shop. | |
