inferior parts and shoddy workmanship 2 and half year old muffler and tail pipe rotted. original installation at Albany NY midas was expensive and workmanship was shoddy. Replacement was expensive of 2 1/2 year old muffle and tailpipe. I will never use midas angain and will tell everone I know what a rip off Midas is.

Dependable and honest The work was done timely. Before the work began they outline all the work that needed to be done and the cost as well as the reasons for the work. work was done very well and timely. Great Service! I planned to meet my son for lunch last Saturday and the last minute my son tells me he needs a new tire. I met him in Riverhead and we happened to drive past Midas and I noticed the big sign on the building said Tires. So we went in, they had the tire and told us to come back in a couple of hours and it will be done. We went to lunch and by the time we were finished we got a call from the guy Charlie and he said it was done. The service was great and they explained that he would also need a tire in the front which we kind of knew. He wasn't pushy about getting the second tire and for that we will bring it back there. We were both happy to have the new tire and even happier we found a good and trustworthy place to bring the car back too. Thanks Midas.

Pleasantly Surprised!! When I first brought my car to Midas, It was to repair the front end of the muffler system. I thought "well, they should know what they are doing, right?". I was not wrong. They fixed my car without the worry of padding the bill as so often happens when "women" bring their cars in alone. All the workers I met and saw were professional and fully explained the problem and how it could be repaired. Since then I have brought my car to them for other mechanical issues and when a problem with the repair did occur, Charles and his team did not hesitate to make it right. They are now my "go to" mechanics...I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks, Guys!!

As oil changed go, it was fine. I am pleased with the oil change. I did however expect to pay $19.99 with a tire rotation that was advertised online. I did ask before the oil change and he quoted me $55 with the tire rotation. I really needed one so I paid. I expected the $19.99, and would have not known until I received the bill that it was much higher if I did not ask. I am disappointed. I probably won't go back because I can get it cheaper.

This was an expensive visit, but Mike explained everything to me, option by option and I felt confident that everything that was done needed to be done and that the price was appropriate. Oil change was started as scheduled. My complaint was that the plastic cowling to remove my oil filter was not secured back, which meant I had to go under my vehicle and secure it with electrical tie straps. The screws which hold the cowling to the vehicle were missing in several areas.
The service rep noticed the air pressure in my right rear passenger tire was only 20 pounds. A staple was found in my rear passenger tire. The tire was removed, and the staple was taken out,
enabling the service rep to plug and patch the tire. I'm satisfied the this problem was noticed and repaired.

Did a great job on my vehicle I was pleased at the courteous and professional manner of the staff. They understood what my car needed and offered to drop me off home so I would not wait all day at the shop. Once the work was completed I was picked up and brought back.
