A number service and friendliness.
This visit was no different from many over the pass 18 years. Service second to none. Prices mash with the market. Quotes are always dead on. If i need to get a tire aired up i know the service will be the same as if i were putting on four new tires. Great place for all your tire auto needs.

The Very Best!
Since my knowledge of auto repair is minimal, I depend greatly on Garrett's Tire and Auto Center. Most of my contact is with Tyler, however I have come to trust the mechanics to take care of my car as if it were their own. I've gone to the Dearlerships and Walmart auto shops in the past and would choose Garrett's over those others every time. Very thankful that through another satisfied customer I found Garrett's to take care of my auto repair and tire needs.

Change out tire.
I showed up just a little before closing time with a damaged tire. I had run into a curb and cut my tire very badly. I shouldn't have been driving with it. I was very please that they had my size tire in stock and would work a little late to make sure I had a new tire put on and was able safely drive my car again.

good service, bad prices
I went to buy 4 tires and get an alignment . Over the phone, Tyler said that it was going to be about $460 installed for the tires and the alignment was $50 but he could knock off about $15 for me. When I actually went in, they charged me $556 + tax for the tires and $74 + tax for the alignment. I couldn't remember the numbers he told me over the phone, so I didn't say anything about it. Don't know if i'll be going back for anything but the tire rotations. He said that the tire rotations are free because they come with my tires, but I think that's hardly worth the price.

Best deal in town with a friendly and professional staff that made me feel as though I was a customer for a long time even though it was my first time there.
I needed a new set of tires for my car but I wanted a specific tire. I called 4 of the most well known tire stores in town (Rogers/Bentonville) and most of them were kind and professional but none of them could beat the deals I could get online. While doing my online research Garrett Tire popped up as a service center who could put my online tires on, so I called them. Tyler Casteel answered the phone and right away he knew the tire I wanted and needed and quoted me a good price but not as low as the online price. Tyler then began to explain to me all the details involved with online purchases and the taxes that would be my responsibility as well as how tires purchased through Garrett Tire will be rotated and balanced for the life of the tire. I was so impressed with Tyler and his expertise that I made my decision to purchase from Garrett. Once at the shop I was greeted enthusiastically and they got my car right in. Les Garrett the owner met me in the waiting area and greeted me like a friend and spoke with me for at least 15min or more. Within 45 min my new tires were on my car and I was out the door. I am extremely pleased with my new tires and the service I received at Garrett and would recommend them without any hesitation. Thanks Tyler and Les I appreciate you guys!

The only place to go for tires
This was not my first time at Garrett Tire and it won't be the last. My appointment was for 2PM and they started on my car right on time. I was ready to roll on my four new tires in a hour. When I stop in I am always greeted with a smile and a handshake. All of the technicians I have had dealings with are the consummate professionals. I can't see me going anywhere else for tires.

Great Service
I am on my second set of tires from Garrett Tire. I purchased the first set in 2007. I believe the service I received since the purchase contributed to the long wear I got from that first set. They always remind me when it is time for rotation. When ever I drop by I am always greeted with a smile. I would recommend Garrett to anyone who wants great service and a quality product.

New Tires
I recently, needed to replace the tires on my 09 Honda Pilot. Was referred to Garrett Tire, by a coworker. Found very reasonable pricing (about $120 less than OEM @ dealer) for the tires that I needed. Was courteously greeted upon arrival for appointment. Actual service only took about 45 minutes. Floor could have used a sweep, with a few potato chips scattered about. Only a concern for me, due to the fact I had my 9 month old daughter with me. Otherwise, very tidy and organized. So far, very happy with this choice for tire service.

I noticed those chips too after you left. I cleaned them up after I noticed them. Sorry I didn't catch it sooner since I know how little ones are wanting to put everything they find on the floor in their mouths. Don't forget to let us rotate those new Firestone's for you. Thanks.

My car went to Garret's for a four wheel alignment. I was really impressed when I pick up my vehicle. The service attendant went over the list of services perform and I was surprised when he informed me that after checking my alignment it was determined that no adjustments were needed on the front. As a result he did not charge me. This level of honesty is unusual since most places would have found a way to take your money. By demonstrating this level of honesty, it convinced me that they would also do my work correctly since it showed that operating with the highest level of integrity was a standard part of doing business at Garrett auto.

I was referred to Garrett Tire by a co-worker. I called in the morning and they were willing to see within hours of calling them. They called me after they examined the vehicle and informed me what needed to be done and the total cost of the repair. Nothing was done to my car without any consent on my part beforehand. I appreciated that. We were able to go through my financial options and they provided a way in which for me to pay the repair in a clear and concise manner. Honest - fare - great service
This is the third set if tires I have purchased from Garrett and have.yet to find another whom installs and prices the tires as well. The cars I drive are not normal and Garrett takes care of them like they were their own. I would recommend Garrett for all tires for all cars.

I had a great experience. I went in for a flat repair. The tire was ruined. The damage was in the side wall. He showed me the tire and explained why the patch wouldn't hold. He found me another tire for a good price. They also gave me free tire rotation on all tires.

I purchased my tires here because it was a good competitive rate. My rotations are free so I had my oil changed at the same time. Big mistake...way too expensive & rather slow. Ok for tires but don't have anything else done without getting a quote first. I won't make that mistake again.

Feedback from Shop Owner:
We are sorry that you not pleased with our speed or pricing for your oil change. We periodically check our oil change pricing to quick lube stores and we are very competitive. I priced the 6 quarts of Castrol GTX and the oil filter your car takes at Walmart. It would cost you $36.28 for those items to carry out at Walmart. Your oil change from us was $54.85 before taxes. This results in you paying $18.57 for the use of one of our techs and the use of our facility and equipment. We also did a 25 point digital inspection on your car while it was here and rotated the tires. I feel like you are getting a whole lot of service for the $18.57 you spent above what you could have spent at Walmart just for your oil and filter. As far as the time issue, we were running about 15 minutes behind on our appointments. Generally, an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection takes about 45 minutes. We also had to wait over 30 minutes for your oil filter to arrive. We actually ordered it from 2 different stores trying to get one quicker. I agree that the 1.5 hours (your appointment time until the time we swiped your debit card) is not acceptable and we sincerely apologize. We do our best to keep appointments on time and vehicles out within a reasonable time, however we can't control some of the processes that needed to happen to complete your oil change (like having to wait over 30 minutes for the oil filter). We hope to continue doing business with you and if nothing else we would like to continue to rotate the tires you purchased from us at no charge.

Other than one of the workers telling me to move my truck to a different parking space when I first arrived (he said that's where the other worker parks)it was a very good experience. Just purchased new tires at Garrett Tire and, as usual, the service was excellent. I went for a test spin and the tires that Tyler recommended really ride well. I went from highway to side road to dirt road and the ride was much better than what I had before. If you need tires I highly recommend Garrett Tire. They also do a great job on brakes.

I did not have a pleasant experience with Garret Auto Center. First, I called them to see if they offered any sort of shuttle service, and they did not - nor would they offer/suggest one.I had to order an uber in order to have my car repaired. I took my car into the shop to check on a couple of things. They rotated my tires and that was all fine and well. Well, on the following day, I discovered my front left tire was completely flat and I was stranded. I attempted to call them Saturday morning, left a message, and no one returned my phone call because they are closed on Saturdays. I had to take my car in that Saturday morning to another auto shop because I needed to be able to drive my car and could not on a flat tire. I did not run anything over or puncture my tire in any way. The auto shop that I called (Big O Tire in Springdale - awesome first time experience) told me my rear tires (that had been rotated) were very badly misaligned, so I had to pay for that $75 repair, on top of the $100 new single tire, as well as labor fees. I called Garrett Auto Center first thing Monday morning, explained my situation to them, and they were not apologetic. They refused to reimburse me for the tire they ruined, and had the audacity to tell me to bring in my old tire for them to examine it for any punctures - but no guarantee of them helping one of their customers. This was my first time and last time using Garrett Tire Center. I'm very disappointed with them.

Sara, I am sorry that you are not pleased with the service we provided. Let me set a few things straight though. We did give you a ride to your apartment in Fayetteville after you dropped your car off with us. However, we did tell you that you would need to find a ride back to pick it up as we are a small shop with limited personnel to be driving to the next town to pick up customers. Second, I would like you to explain to me how you determined that the tire rotation we did for you ruined your tire. I have been a tire professional for over 25 years and have never ever seen, heard, or read about a tire rotation causing a flat tire. Had you purchased the tires on your car from us and had road hazard on them, we would have reimbursed you for your tire, but again, the tires were not purchased from us and tire rotations don't cause flats. Lastly, I would like to know how the other store determined you needed an alignment? Your tires had no obvious irregular wear patterns. Furthermore, your Camry only has toe adjustment on both the front and rear axles. Toe being out of adjustment on the front will give you feathering and toe being out on the rear will cause diagonal flat spots. You had neither of these, so it sounds like you were taken for an additional $75 at the second place you were so pleased with. I hope you will reconsider leaving local businesses bad reviews based on your false assumptions.

We noticed our brakes grabbing on our SUV. We took it into Garrett's to get the front brakes redone. We got a text within 30 minutes that our vehicle was ready to pick up. I called to check why and was told that our brakes were still good but had built up "brake dust" in front and back brakes which they cleaned out. They did not charge me for checking them out. They could've easily just resurfaced them and we would've never known. They have my business from now on as well as anyone I will highly recommend Garrett to. First time here for a tire puncture repair. Very prompt service as I came in 1/2 hour earlier for my appointment and they started immediately, what can I say, but wow! Nice folks to deal with. If you want good service, stay away from the chains, like Discount Tire, Big O Tires, and those places where wannabe tire techs that think they know tires and how to repair them, etc., and come here! If I could post images between Garrett’s repair and the other place that repaired my other tire, one that actually ruined my tire due to using a wrong size repair plug for a tiny hole in a high a speed ZR rated sports car tire that actually caused a minimal bulge you definitely feel driving at speeds, I highly recommend Garrett, you cannot even see the patch plug nor feel any slight thumping, and will use them again! Thank you folks!

Thank you so much to Garett! They were able to fit me in at the last minute when my normal mechanic couldn’t. Their service has made a huge change on my car, and if it weren’t for them, I would never have known that my car had different sized tires on it due to mistakes from other mechanics!

Have been taking my vehicles to Garrett for over twenty years. Exceptional work. Recently had an issue where I had to be out of town and had two flat tires on two different vehicles at my business on a weekend. Called them up and they used their mobile unit to address both issues on site for only a minimal service fee. Would highly recommend them.
