The owner Frank was very honest and reasonable. If I knew him before I would had skipped dealers completely. He worked on my Jaguar and solved the problem at half the cost the dealer was asking for. If you are not sure that Frank is the best man for the job, go to the dealer and ask a question.
Frank advised me candidly and honestly about the condition of my car. He pointed out obvious problems that the dealership missed. He recommended simple repairs and replacements that I was surprised the dealership didn't notice or advise me about. His pricing was very fair.
I can only conclude that the dealership "overlooked" the oil leak because they know it will lead to engine failure and who knows, more repairs and maybe a new car. | |

My BMW wagon had some major mechanical issues resulting in an undependable and uncomfortable ride. Fortunate to find Cupelli Automotive
Discovered that Cupelli Automotive had several "best ratings" on several internet sites. My new vehicle needed new rotors and break pads so I brought it to Cupelli.
Personnel were professional, great workmanship and final cost was below the estimate. A very good experience. When I went to retrieve my vehicle, the mechanic took the time to explain what I needed to do to "break" in my new break system. Also, the mechanic presented the old, worn parts for my review.

Frank and Ivan always treat their customers with respect. I have had my Mercedes in there for service on 2 occasions, and always get great service. The did my required Mercedes check for over $100 cheaper than Mercedes, and my brakes and rotors were also close to $200 cheaper than Mercedes, using OEM parts. They showed me some areas of concern for the future, and did not pressure me into any fixes on the spot. Good People, and Frank has been in that location for a long time, working mostly on high end vehicles. | |

My wife and I took two cars to the shop this week...the guys treated us like family...were patient and quite helpful....they offered us a car rental and gave us a ride to a meeting I had a few miles away...their goal is safety and to work on those items that could be hazardous to your driving experience before comfort items...so if your budget is x$, they will suggest you handle those safety items first...

I had moved out of the immediate area, so chose to go to another mechanic for a simple oil change, which led to other problems and unfortunately, they did the job wrong and never fixed the initial problem. After returning to their establishment 4 times, but to NO avail. I drove to, Frank Cupelli, who I have known for years and has worked on my cars in the past. I always know way more than I admit. That said I have tested them a few times and they have never been found wanting. If you have a euro car and want it fixed right the 1st time everytime then go see Frank. I have paid a total of approximately 3600 in repairs to my 11 year old Jetta. If I went to VW it would be close to 8800 min 10 k max for the same repairs. Why pay more for the same parts with worse service? Dealers always come with that "reccomended" aka how can we make you pay for needless crap. Frank and Ivan will give it to you how it is no extra bs. I have never paid the quoted price it's always been lower cause if they do it under "book time" they don't charge you. Good luck getting ANY dealer to do that. Best service ever. Drops the mic. | |

I recently relocated to the Florida area and I own a Audi A6. This was my first visit to Cupelli.
When I initially called and made my appointment, Ivan was very nice in gathering the necessary information about my vehicle and fully explained what would be done for my car.
When I arrived for my appointment I had the opportunity to meet the owner Frank who welcomed me and thanked me for being a new customer.
Ivan waited on me, reviewed the service to be performed and explained what the cost and estimated time of completion would be.
I had the opportunity to meet one of the employees who test drove my car and he spoke and said hello to me which was very cool. It was cool because at many other shops the employees are just there doing a job, never speak, never exchange a smile with you. This employee greeted me with a smile, a warm hello in the same manner as both Frank and Ivan.
My service was completed when promised and the computerized report that was reviewed in person with me and also emailed to me for my records was outstanding. The graphics and layout was easy to read and understand.
Lastly the email reminders for my appointment was first class.
The email that listed recommended work to be done in the future was extremely good and I can use it to plan and budget accordingly for the work to be done in the future.
I am extremely selective concerning who I take my car to for work and I plan on being a client of Cupelli Automotive for the forseable future.
I highly recommend their services to anyone that reads this post.
