Targeted marketing promotions are designed for
efficiency, first by ONLY contacting customers that actually
need a particular service and then by printing postcards ONLY
when you don't have a e-mail for a customer.
SI delivers the most bang for the buck with a
combination of sniper-rifle selection accuracy from knowing
who needs what (rather than shot gun generic approach standard
in the CRM industry) and leveraging the efficiency of e-mail
communication when available. We provide eConnect e-mail matching
service and populate SI with e-mails for 20 - 30% of the last
2 years of your customers, so not having too many e-mail addresses
for your customers is not a problem with ServiceIntelligence.
To produce an SI targeted marketing promotion:
a) select any of the 25 services tracked by ServiceIntelligence
that your customers actually need - such as "Cabin Filter"
or "Oil Change". SI searches your management system's
service history and ages it based on the actual daily mileage
for each vehicle. b) Select limit on how far back you
want to go (i.e. last visit within the last 2 years), c)
customize your discount offer (if any) and d) choose
delivery options such as use e-mail only if available otherwise
send a postcard. It's that easy.

TMP includes targeted marketing based on
actual service need via e-mails and postcards. The system
automatically searches any one of twenty-five service
criteria based on thresholds you define such as miles/kilometers
elapsed or months since last service,

CRM - Direct marketing automates follow-up
with up to four postcard mailing per vehicle. The marketing
program is designed to touch your customer every three
months until they respond to your service reminder.
If by the fourth contact they do not respond, a report
alerts you of the vehicle attrition count for management
action such as a phone call to your customer to inquire
if they have sold the vehicle or if the last service
visit was not satisfactory.
