works in conjunction with our ReminderWiz postcard mailer service.
Every month, recipient of ReminderWiz™ postcards
get an automated follow-up phone call, scheduled to coincided
with the receipt of the postcard. It is a pre-recorded message
in your voice or that of your service writer which explains
to your customers the importance of following manufacturer recommended
services.
It is a proven fact that postcard mailings followed by a personalized
telephone call, explaining the purpose of the postcard, increase
response rates dramatically. The message also can give the customer
the option to opt-out of the preferred customer call list.
